Bathroom towels were old and dirty.
Blockages in the shower drain and a build up of mildew.
Leaks in the plumbing.

The experience of staying at this hotel was quite disappointing. When I first entered the room, the initial appearance was wow, it was clean and comfortable, but when I wanted to lie down, I immediately saw stains on the sheets that were no longer clean, were the sheets not changed? In addition, the mattress was also filled with lots of hair which of course was very disturbing to comfort. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to cleanliness and detail in preparing rooms for guests. There needs to be improvement in this regard so that visitors feel more comfortable and satisfied during their stay.
