Great location just outside the city of Palma. Clean rooms and areas such as toilets and waiting area. The staff at main hotel were helpful when needed but otherwise no staff here if something was to go wrong. Plenty to do in the area and only 5 minute walk from beach ! Fridge in room was helpful and we had a balcony which got the sun. Would recommended

Clean qnd has an AC

When you arriv you cant collect your keys from Forenna but a hotel around the corner which is fine as its close by but when we arrived back at Forenna there were two people sat on the outside step at midday both hungover and being sick! Which lead to a Spanish man shouting at them on the street to leave immediately. Overall inside was clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was however very noisy with people coming in all times of the night and waking everyone up as the walls are paper thin and so are the doors as they didn't block out any noise at all (even with ear plugs in) The rooms were clean and tidy though but wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Arrived to find my booking had been cancelled by the hotel and had not been told. Luckily there was an intercom system and they managed to find accommodation in another hotel

Uns hat alles super gefallen außer das wir im 2. Stock untergebracht waren.Wir dachten wir bekommen ein Zimmer mit Terrasse nach der Beschreibung. Leider nicht und kein Fahrstuhl . Ansonsten Einrichtung prima und sehr praktisch alles mit super Klimaanlage tollen Betten.Auf jeder Etage 3 abschließbare duschen mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Nagelneu alles Mega sauber! Sehr empfehlenswert

El albergue está bien, es limpio, acogedor y el personal se portó muy bien con nosotros. El único pero que le pongo es que aquí en la app de Hoteles.com NO se advierte de manera clara en la propia descripción del albergue que el baño es COMPARTIDO. Esto es importante y deberían señalarlo de manera clara en esa descripción, NO SOLO en la descripción de las habitaciones.

L'hôtel et les chambres sont plutôt bien décorées en général. Seul tout petit bémol, récupérer les clés est un compliqué. Je vous conseille de vous pre-enregistrer avant d'arriver. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale non plus. Super rapport qualité prix.

Modernes Hostel, schöne saubere Zimmer und super Lage. Die Duschen & WCs (jeweils 3 pro Etage) waren stets sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Es war auch immer ein Bad frei, sodass es nicht gestört hat, dass man kein eigenes im Zimmer hatte. In unserem Zimmer war zusätzlich ein Waschbecken, was sehr praktisch war. Das ganze Hostel ist recht hellhörig, was aber zu erwarten war. Im Eingangsbereich stehen gut gefüllte Getränke- und Snackautomaten. Check-In & Check-Out komplett elektronisch und kontaktlos, hat perfekt funktioniert. Gerne wieder, sehr gute Preis-/Leistung. Für ein paar Nächte optimal!
