Clean, good value, staff has good training and good attitude, overall I am satisfied with everything, if I am coming back definitely will stay in Sheraton again

Very nice place. However, it is located about 30 mins from downtown and far outskirts. There is nothing very interesting near the area. Very near to the Guangdongnan station though

I didn't like the fact we were given Handicap rooms and had to change rooms the following day. Waste of time. As 2 businessmen who have already booked the accommodation it should not be difficult to check into a the correct room type. Plus the coffee selection in a hotel like the Sheraton is not up to standard.

The people were friendly an co-operative.

This is the best Hotel I ever stayed in GZ area and specifically in Panyu! The staff is amazing! So friendly! They speak very good English too! Buffet at the hotel was excellent and not over priced! Rooms are super nice and comfortable!

Amazingly, there is a food street behind its back door. The facilities and amenities are excellent.

The hotel rooms and service were excellent. I found the breakfast and dinner buffet a little weak. Not really a 5 star experience. But very comfortable. Great view from my room.
