Early check-in allowed if room already available. This is the unique one, free refill of drinking water in each room. I don't see this in some hotels in Puncak. Good service!

The staff is friendly, very comfortable, the riverside view and city light view are really good.

This room is really nice. Take the royal room which has its own private pool, there is a kitchen, it is comfortable and clean and smells really good. I will come back again.

The room exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean, good facilities, the room with the view is really cool for daydreaming/working while looking at the view. The best moment is sunset and sunrise!

The staff is very friendly, the room is great, fragrant, clean too, only the TV channels are limited.

I took the deluxe suite, it was very comfortable, it's just a shame that only 2 or 3 TV channels can be watched, even if the network is stable. The others function well, the bathroom is also clean. Oh yeah, the chairs on the balcony are broken, please replace them, thank you NJD.

You have to always wash and change the sheets or bed covers, or vacuum the mattress, because it's really itchy, I happen to be sensitive, 2 years ago I stayed there and it didn't itch.

for the second time I've been here, a very memorable stay experience. the view is very nice, the trees and mountains are very beautiful to look at. highly recommended..

I took the standard room only, when I entered it was so humid that it even felt like the mattresses. Oh yeah, there's no AC either. I think all the rooms don't have AC either. But it's cold. The water heater takes sooooo long to heat up. The sound of kids running upstairs and people chatting next to the room is really audible. What I like is the cafe, the food is pretty good and the price is still really affordable. The view is also great!

The Royal Deluxe room is comfortable even though it is not too big, complete facilities: hairdryer, bathrobe, balcony and kitchen, soaking pool, atmosphere with the sound of river water, clean pool, easy to find food, 10 minutes to Puncak Pass

The view is really nice, especially in the afternoon there is a sunset, the mountains are also visible. It's perfect for healing, plus the sound of the river makes it calm, in the morning you can hear the sound of birds chirping. The room design is cool, the mattress is soft, the blanket is thick, the kitchen set is complete, my partner and I are very comfortable. Next time I want to come again, I want to try the one with a mini pool ❤️
