I recently stayed at Front One Gresik and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I would like to give a special mention to Mas Buya at the front desk. He was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
However, there was one thing I was a bit disappointed about. I had requested my room to be cleaned in the morning before I left, but unfortunately, when I returned later in the day, the room was still not cleaned, but its okay
Despite that, the staff were generally kind and the location is quite convenient. I hope the hotel can improve on the housekeeping response in the future.

The room is very clean and okay for a budget hotel, the location is really good, just a short walk and you can go on a culinary tour at the night market. The only minus is that I happened to get a slightly broken shower, but because I only stayed for 1 night, it didn't matter. The rest is all very okay. Thx you
