First time staying at this villa and thank God our family (5 people) felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the sheets were new and fragrant. There is a TV room and kitchen on the 1st floor equipped with a bathroom. Cooking facilities are very complete. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms (queen bed and double bed) and 1 bathroom, a mini prayer room and the rooftop is quite spacious to see the view of Mount Panderman while hanging out and drinking coffee. The villa provider is very friendly. The villa environment is very quiet and there are many food vendors around so you won't get hungry, hehehe... Next time I go to Batu, I want to stay here again.

Friendly staff, complete kitchen equipment. Minus PDAM water in the downstairs bathroom is a bit small, if in the upstairs bathroom the water is strong. The villa is well maintained and clean.

The jet shower in the toilet doesn't work! The cleanliness is lacking, the previous occupant's trash hasn't been collected in front of the villa. It feels a bit shabby.

The water is clean, it just tastes salty and is not pleasant when used to rinse your mouth, brush your teeth and perform ablution, finally, if you cook noodles or make coffee, use the water dispenser, everything else is fine.

Villa nyaman. Ruangan tamu lumayan sempit. Minus di fasilitas karaoke, mic dan salonnya eror. Nggak bisa dipakai karaoke, perlu diganti salon dan mic-nya.

Villa nya bersih, minimalis, recomen banget deh pokoknya 👍🏻.

Villanya bagus bersih fasilitas lengkap ada 2 kamar tidur di lantai atas 1 kamar mandi atas dan bawah ada water heater sampo sabun kondisioner sikat gigi disediakan peralatan masak lengkap sampe cobek pun ada kulkas, magic com, dispenser, wifi lancar, smart TV, karaoke, penjaganya juga ramah banyak penjual keliling juga ada sate bakso kalo malem susu segar penjual sayur dan gorengan pas pagi mau ke Museum Angkut, Alun alun Batu, Jatim Park 1&2 juga deket anakku seneng banget karena smart TV lancar jadi serasa di rumah sendiri pas aku pesen dapet harga murah lagi minusnya kamar mandi atas rembes ke bawah dan mic nya suaranya gak jelas semoga bisa segera diperbaiki recommended banget villanya maaf gak bisa upload foto.

Lokasi strategis banget dekat mau kemana-mana, kayak alun-alun dan lain-lain. Villanya bersih nyaman dan sejuk walaupun gak ada AC atau kipas. Tetap tidur pakai selimut xixi. Dan ada fasilitas karaoke. Hiburan banget buat keluarga biar gak bosen, dapur, kamar mandi bersih fasilitas dapur juga lengkap nyaman deh ngenep di sini 😊
