Khi thanh toán qua app thì báo giá 212k cho 1 đêm và tới khách sạn thì phản hồi nghỉ trong 2h nên Cả nhà booking nghỉ qua đêm thì xem lại phần lựa chọn tên phòng nhé tránh nhầm lẫn ạ!

When I booked a room, I only noticed that my booking time was overnight, but in fact the room was only for the first 2 hours and was written in English. Below is still 1 night, I'm late to accept the surcharge of 100k but according to the schedule above 12 noon, the time will expire. I check out at the hotel at 11am and collect an extra 50k overtime. At first, because I wanted to save money and found a cheap room, I applied a discount code of all kinds, but the actual payment was still 249k +170k surcharge (I ate a packet of noodles in the room).

On the name of the 2-hour room service, when paying for the reservation, the app records that booking 1 night has time to check in and check out exactly 1 night, when the new hotel owner says the room is only for 2 hours, the app says it wrong, then forced me to pay another 250k to stay 1 night, why is it obvious that this room can stay overnight but write 1 side of the results and do not misunderstand, then the real person is a guest, so disappointed in the service this is not clear.

Check-out time is 12h00 on 27/04/2023 but it is reported to stay for two hours and collect extra money.

The room was clean, but the service was too poor, I came to rent a room in the evening, the reception arranged at 12 noon tomorrow to check out, but at 10 noon the next day another receptionist called to ask to check out, 300k 1 night, not cheap, only just give 1 star

Dịch vụ ổn. Vị trí khá ổn thuận tiện bus. Nhưng ae chú ý giá trên app, wed chỉ là giá cho 2h nhé không phải qua đêm nha. Qua đêm 450k chứ không phải mức đó.

ok very clean room comfortable price ok

I rented a room in May 2021. New and clean room. Bed sheets and pillows are decent, with enough basic things. Wifi is enough. Hot and cold water system and good air conditioning. Like the high table in the room, can sit and work. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, with neighborhood style :))

The hotel owner is very enthusiastic, the new room is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, right in the center of Cau Giay, convenient to travel. If I have the opportunity, I will continue to support.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nội thất mới, trang thiết bị vật dụng đều mới cả... Đặc biệt chị chủ khách sạn dễ thương hihi Lần tới công tác Hà Nội mình nhất định sẽ quay lại P-link hotel.
