I initially booked a VIP room for just one night. Because of its strategic location and stunning views, coupled with the friendly and responsive service, I ended up staying for two more nights. This second stay was in a suite, and it was great and even more comfortable. I'll definitely be back here next time I go to Bali. The most important thing is GOOD SERVICE, as it definitely improves your mood, and the room is clean. It's great.

It was a great time camping here. My wife and kids asked to stay here again. The view of the lake is really beautiful. The staff are friendly, and the campsite is always kept clean. The place is cool, clean, and comfortable. Even though I booked a room with a separate bathroom, surprisingly, the shared toilet and bathroom were always clean and well-maintained. Please keep that up. There's also free tea and coffee if you want something warm during your stay. Suggestion: Implement a quiet hour/curfew to manage guests who lack empathy (some still laughing and chatting loudly at 11:30 PM, disturbing those trying to rest). I'll definitely be back if I stay in Bedugul 👍🏼

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was nice, but at night, it was cold, and the water from the ceiling dripped onto the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable. As for the amenities, when I stayed, the shower gel was low and very runny, as if refilled with water. The staff probably forgot to refill it. So far, so good, and the atmosphere is also good.
