Private, clean rooms, good service staff

Found cockroaches 2 times in the room. One was found on the morning in bathroom. Another one was found at night on the bed. This was informed to staff when checked out. He just said he will let maid knows. Obviously that he was not well-trained to handle this kind of situation, seems unprofessional. Breakfast was not enough and all were limit.

Everything was okay unless Breakfast need to be improve. 😔.

Below standard when compared to the same price from other chains. I requested a King bed but received a twin bed without notifying. Not thing for birthday requested. Can use only one pool in a small area for hotel guests.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere. The room is beautiful on the cover. All staff provide good service, help carry luggage since getting off the car. There are many food options to choose from. clean swimming pool

Was impressed by an excellent level of customer service delivered by every staff we met during our stay at VERSO, particularly K. Mon and the everyone at the front desk. Apart from that, the villa was spacious, good buffet breakfast, nice pools with amazing facilities. Was fantastic overall.

Staying in the ocean front king room is very good. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious, divided into proportions. All supplies are available.
