Strategic location, near Island Hospital and Northern Hospital, walking distance.

It's my second time staying in this accommodation whenever I need to have a medical check-up in Penang. The premise is strategically located nearby the Island Hospital. You can walk about 2 minutes to the hospital. The staff are also kindly and helpful.

because I came here to get medical treatment on the island, it was very appropriate for me to stay at Scott, it only takes 120m to get to the entrance to the island

Good location near Island Hospital just 5 min walk away. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi connection worked properly. Room size is very large and fit for 3 guests but no slippers provided in the room.

This was my first experience staying in this room, and unfortunately it was quite disappointing. The bed sheet had many visible stains, which made the room feel less clean and uncomfortable. The towels provided were worn out and did not look fresh at all. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, resulting in poor air circulation and an unpleasant smell. I also did not receive any room slippers, which is a basic amenity I expected to be provided. I hope the hotel can improve its cleanliness standards and room facilities for future guests.

So far, no major issues. It's best to bring your own towel. The smoking area is located at the entrance, so everyone entering and exiting has to inhale cigarette smoke.

The check-in process and staff were friendly. The hotel is close to two hospitals: Island Hospital and Northern Heart Hospital.

The service apartment is really near the Island Hospital. Good consideration if you want to spend 2-3 days to do the consultation or medical check-up. Location is one of the main benefits.

This property is located next to New Island Hospital and Northern Heart Hospital, so it is very convenient if someone has to go to the doctor at one of those hospitals.

We booked a triple room but it was fully booked, so we were upgraded to a quad room free of charge. The room was okay, and it was close to Island and Northern Hospital. Two negatives: the pillows were too high for me, and the shower drain wasn't working properly.
