I've stayed at the Scot Service Suites Hotel many times because it's very close to Island Hospital, a 3-minute walk away. The staff are friendly and the receptionist is open 24 hours a day.

If you're heading to Island Hospital, this serviced apartment is the perfect choice. You're just a short walk across the street. Grab is also conveniently located everywhere.

The hotel is expected as the price. but they don't clean properly. the water heater don't work well. only tissue and dispense soap is available.

I recommend this for those of you who want to seek treatment at Island Hospital, especially the new building. It's just a short walk away, and it's very close. However, the bathrooms are a bit less than clean. But it's still okay.

The location is a bit difficult to get anywhere. Asking for a room cleaning doesn't even get it done. The constant dripping water makes it hard to sleep. You can hear people dragging chairs. It's very uncomfortable living here.

Best hotel if you visit Penang for medical in Island hospital, very comfortable room with smart TV and highspeed internet wifi, hot & cold water dispenser provided. The only drawback is no kopitiam or food market or minimarket (7 eleven, family mart, etc) arround hotel. But will be back if we need to visit Island hospital again.

Stayed at room 248. The room was okay, but when I opened the bathroom, unfortunately it was full of web spiders and so many spiders living in the bathroom. I didn't get to take pictures because I was so shocked. So I cleaned the whole bathroom with jet spray. The ceiling of the bathroom also dirty and moldy. The room was okay, the staff was great, and when I arrived very late around 1.30am, they helped me well. Check-in and out process was easy. The location is superb if you are going to Island Hospital. It was just the bathroom that disappointed me.

Always sleep here because I need to check up myself to Island Hospital, just walk a few steps.
