The staff was friendly and communicative. The room was clean, safe, and well-maintained. The facilities were okay, except for the water heater, which was difficult to adjust the heat. Another option would be to provide hotel slippers next time.

The hotel staff was friendly. The bedroom was a little dusty. There were no drinking water facilities like a water dispenser.

Cleanliness needs improvement. The bed was a bit creaky when moved. The wooden joints might be starting to loosen. But other than that, the room was spacious enough. The shower was hot (at night), and the AC was cool. There was a small window, but even though there wasn't a view, it at least made me aware that morning had arrived.

The room is large and spacious, but the lighting is a bit lacking. The lights are too dim for such a large room.

Located close to Wonosobo's town square. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless. Parking is available right in front of the rooms.

The location is quite strategic and the room size is quite spacious. Sadly, I booked the most expensive room but access to the room was even more difficult. I had to go upstairs which only had stairs. There was no offer of help to carry my luggage so it was quite heavy carrying my suitcase up and down. The sofa had lots of stains that hadn't been cleaned. I got a torn towel for bathing, when I asked for an exchange, I was given a towel for the floor. The most uncomfortable experience was when we parked in a parking space that already had a box for parking but instead we were told to move, not by the hotel crew but by someone who the hotel crew said was not the hotel owner but just a village neighbor whose house was behind the hotel but didn't have a parking lot and always parked at the hotel and surprisingly the hotel crew didn't dare to deny it, instead they told customers who clearly paid to stay to move their parking. So I won't go there again

Not bad for a vacation with the family

Please train the employees again so they understand hospitality, especially the female employees. The service is very bad, they don't provide solutions and the employees don't look like they're hotel staff.

The hotel is nice, the hot water is always on, the only downside is that there are only 5 TV channels.
