Okay Near city center with nice view

The room was small, had a musty smell, no view. The day I checked out, I stayed for another 5 hours. I called for more towels and toothpaste but the receptionist said it was not possible because I only stayed 1 night so there was no change of towels? Oh, I'll pay 5 hours later?

Room is too small for the price, too little food

Check in has no security guard parking, no staff to guide check in, no bellman. When it rains, guests going out to the lobby also do not have staff to guide or cover the umbrella. The room is small, but the bathroom design is too big and unnecessary. Overall rating is not 4 star standard.
