There is one drawback, it seems the floor wasn't swept and is a bit dirty.

Second time staying here, and still consistently getting very satisfactory service.

Close to Ancol, only the pillows and blankets are dirty.

Queeing on Check in process is too long, only 1 staff assigned, room is dirty so many dust below bed and area, but the staff is helpfull

Nice building Apartment from the outside but the interior is a bit old although the facilities are good. I enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of choices.

I stayed 1 night in a Family Suite room, the room facilities were incomplete, there was no hairdryer, limited toilet tissue, no tissue in the room / living room area. The telephone facility did not work, so I could not contact the receptionist, room service and others, if there was a request I had to go downstairs (receptionist). There was a microwave facility, but it didn't work, I asked the hotel staff to come check, but no one came. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable. The outdoor area was dirty. For a 4-star hotel, the hotel management needs to improve the cleanliness and room facilities The room size is quite spacious, the bedroom is separate from the living room area. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable, only the power outlets for charging cellphones are limited

Room was very dark and dirty, we went to eat at the desk but a cockroach crawled out from under the table so we moved to the kitchen and i drew the curtian for more light revealing more cockroaches under the glass of the dining table. disgusted we asked to move room. the new room was smaller though cleaner and oest free but the bed was broken on the too right corner make the bed tip to the upper right making it strange to sleep on.
