During the stay, overall it was good but not amazing... 😁 Regarding cleanliness, it's still not okay, the breakfast taste is still lacking... If there is an event to Ancol again, I will definitely come back here again, because it is comfortable, from the staff and the atmosphere 👍🏻

Haturnuhun to teteh receptionist for helping us so kindly! Loved our Deluxe Suite Twin Ocean View (45m2) - sea view was amazing, plus sofa, dining table, and small kitchen. The pool is superb, huge, and clean with nice gardens. Gym is solid too! Only downside: amenities for such a big room are incomplete, sofa is saggy and needs replacement. Some outdoor areas, garden, and mushola need a little touch-up. Would still come back.

The AC wasn't cold enough, the room was spacious and had a bathtub. The food wasn't very varied. The environment wasn't very clean, the hallways and elevators were hot, and there was no AC.

Perhaps the hotel's room amenities are lacking. A 4-star hotel doesn't even have a hairdryer.

Highly recommended, and all the staff are very kind, even providing a comfortable service. Thank you, Dafam staff. Hopefully, we can meet again.

It's always a pleasure to return to this hotel, Grand Dafam Ancol Jakarta. This is my umpteenth time staying here, and it never disappoints. From the rooms, to the facilities, to the food, and most importantly, the friendliness of all the staff, especially Mr. Joko. Thank you for the excellent service, guys.

Tiny cockroaches in the hallways, sheets have blood and yellow stains, curtains have black marks, tiles are dusty, crusty bathroom, doorknob stuck and I can't go inside my room, room phone can't be used, everything is not well maintained!!!! Worst experience ever in a four-star hotel, I would say this is a one-star hotel. To anyone who wants to book a place, please read previous reviews so you don't get my experience.

The best for another holiday to stay here

We stayed there and it was a great experience. The shower gel was really nice and didn't dry out my skin. The breakfast was varied and we got a discount on dinner ❤️🫶🏻

The location was close to our main destination. The staff service was a bit slow (there was only one person in line for a long time), and the staff who dropped off our luggage around 9 AM were unfriendly (grunts). The sheets and blankets had children's shoe marks on them. They probably weren't changed after each guest checked out. There were cockroaches in the kitchen.

It's a mess. Lots of repairs are needed, the building is old, and the staff is slow to respond. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but the room wasn't cleaned. When I walked in, there was already a lot of dust on the floor.
