Overall okay, beautiful. Just, yes Not very dirty, not very clean. The room is provided with air conditioning and a fan. But, the fan is a bit dusty, the coffee machine is dusty, the floor trap near the toilet is clogged, the water is slow to go down. The swimming pool is a bit dangerous, the walls inside are sharp, the children got hurt by the pool wall, the pool ladder is also about to be pulled out. Anddd Construction next door works 24 hours, drilling noise. What else do I love this hotel. Thank you

I just want to borrow some stuff like cutleries, plates, and bowls. What was wrong with it? It seems like the staff didn't get it, which was a ridiculous thing that spoiled my mood and made me very disappointed about that case.

The room has a king mattress, but it's not, it's a single mattress that's been combined into two, one hard and one soft.

Wow... so nice. Beautiful scenery. Beach and pool so clean and big. Kids enjoy it very much.

Now I know why we have to be rich.

Overall, it was quite a nice experience staying at that hotel. The view was nice, the room was clean, but the walls are not soundproof because I could hear voices or any sound from the next room.

The swimming pool is not cleaned. The check-in line is long.. there are only 2 elevators for many people..

Counter receptionist is very helpful. The breakfast is good. The view of the ocean is fantastic.

First visit to this Pacific Regency. It 's out of expected as the hotel provide big room and cleanliness is the plus point for a relaxation stay. Bring my parents for 2x Deluxe room and it 's very enjoyful with big pool, environment, beach behind with a big tree as the plus (for sun blocking!) Unfortunately the hotel breakfast isn't in place (due the charges is super expensive), even if include in the room booking, the charges had no diff than you visit physically. Facilities are the added point and it 's very fair price and my family and kids lov it! Keep up and I would lov to visit again!

Had a wonderful stay, unfortunately only one night stay. I had to leave early due to a golf game competition in the early morning at a nearby golf club. Will come and stay again.

Expect long queue during check in because the process will only start at 3pm, even if you are there 2.45pm they didn't “open” the counter. Basic room and cleanliness needs to be improved. Hair and dust everywhere even worst on the balcony. Security is questionable too as non guests can come and park in front of the beach area. The banana boat and jet skis guys will wait for you at the beach area and making noises sometimes.

Not that bad Not that pleasant. It should be neutral but no options for me to add. It looks like a new hotel. Which is good. But the room condition for new hotel just OK. It was clean and comfort. Swimming pool is nice and big. That ' s it. We thought there is connection to the beach, but there is no beach. You need to drive to the nearest public beach. No trom service when I stay. I ordered food from outside. I ask to borrow some utensils, and the hotel did not provide one as it is against their policy. False fire alarm at 3am. So yeah. It was ok experience. But will not come back.

Hotel is near the beach and pool is nice. Room is OK and furniture is OK. Room has fan and air cond, its a plus point.

The room rates are a bit pricey but used vouchers so got at cheaper price. The room looks new, all the amenities also great. Near to many eateries & restaurants. Direct access to beach. Ample parking lots. Swimming pool also huge. Love the kids swimming pool because so rare to find a big kids swimming pool like this one. Only concern is it's open concept, outsiders can come & go just like that. But overall I'd give 4/5. Definitely will stay here again!
