The location is quiet and convenient. Parking is large enough for three cars, but parking is also available outside. The security guards are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, with cool air conditioning and a working TV.

For a budget hotel under 100,000 Rupiah, this is pretty good. We were just looking for a hotel to rest for a few hours, and this one was very comfortable.

Near the Sambisari Temple tourist attraction (2.5 km), near the village field that sells lots of food + there is a jogging track + fitness equipment. Near Adisucipto Airport. Lodging near the rice field + mountain view. 👍👍👍

The father is kind and friendly, the AC is cold, the water is smooth, there is a water heater too, the TV is on, there is a table and cupboard and there is wifi too. Everything works well, I am satisfied.

The man who is guarding the place is very friendly. Cleanliness can be improved.

The caretaker is very friendly. Access to the inn is easy to find. Although there is a portal in front of the alley, it is open 24 hours, so you don't need to worry if you want to check in early in the morning. The room is comfortable, clean and quite spacious. The AC & TV work well. The sheets, pillows, blankets are quite clean. There are also 2 chairs, 1 table, 1 cupboard and 3 hangers. The cupboard is large enough to store things. The toilet is quite clean and spacious. The shower, sink, and closet work well. There is a mirror in the bathroom. Towels are given at check-in as many as 2 pcs. However, amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toothbrush & toothpaste are not provided. There is soap but it is broken and cannot be used. The parking lot is quite spacious. The rest is very comfortable and quiet for a temporary resting place.

The location is in the middle of a residential area, so it's quieter. The accommodation is clean. Only the mattress is not very comfortable.

Fasilitas dengan harga segini menurutku sudah cukup worth it bagi yang mau travel dengan low budget. Di sini aku nginep dari hari Selasa sampai Jumat benar-benar nyaman, air panas bisa, AC juga oke. Kalau ke Jogja lagi, bakal ke sini lagi dah.

Lokasi sangat tenang, sunyi hanya saja jauh dari kota. Di dlmnya hanya ada handuk yang disediakan. Gantungan baju tidak ada, air minum botol di dalam kamar juga gak ada jadi harus kebawah ambil air putih. Selalu jeglek AC nya bersamaan dengan lampunya. Dan banyak semut kecil² di tempat tidur, dan mejanya. Overall bagus aja sih karena bentukkannya kayak kost²an.

Bersih, wangi, ramah, suasana tenang, warung makan dan warung kelontong dekat, wajib menginap di sini! 👍

Overall sudah cukup bagus dan nyaman untuk harga relatif murah, wifi terkoneksi kalau di lantai bawah, kalau di atas gak nyampe akses wifinya, kamar cukup bersih, hanya saja ada sedikit bagian tembok yang sudah berjamur harusnya dicat lagi, fasilitas: tv: berfungsi dengan baik, tapi remotenya tombol volumenya bermaslah. AC: berfungsi dengan baik. Water heater: berfungsi dengan baik. Air minum: tidak dapat air mineral botolan, hanya disediakan galon di lantai bawah. Handuk: 2 handuk bersih untuk 2 orang. Alat mandi: tidak dapet sikat gigi, hanya disediakan sabun mandi di kamar mandi. Gantungan baju: cukup banyak. Lemari: tidak ada, adanya tempat untuk menggantung baju. Colokan: hanya ada 3 colokan di dalam kamar saya, dimana dua colokan sudah untuk TV dan AC jadi sisa 1. WC: WC duduk bersih dan berfungsi dengan baik. Selimut dan kasur: tebal.

The atmosphere is comfortable, calm, far from the hustle and bustle of the main road, you definitely have to come here again if you go to Yogya.

Everything is good compared to the cheap price, only the location is far from the crowds, perfect for those looking for peace
