Location is good, near food stalls and other convenient stores. Easy access to the highway and travel to the island if needed. I requested early check-in at 2 something, but the receptionist informed me that the earliest check-in is at 3 pm. No flexibility.

I have requested for high floor in the system request. The frontdesk lady given me #02 storey which I feel ignored. I said I only want high floor which I have requested my wish clearly in the system. She gave me an annoying look and relentant attitude. Then I just waited. Then she act on and give me #03 sty which the building is #06 sty high. I was in the hurry so better to request further. If you want to be in customer service frontdesk, then better to finetune the attitude.

Room was cozy however is not too spacious as advertised.

Their staff was so nice. I came here during pandemic and their SOP very SUPERB! Feel very safe, room very clean, spacious & comfort. Very recommended to all 🥰
