Stayed for two nights in two rooms. The first night, a baby cockroach climbed onto the mattress in the first room. The second night, a bedbug crawled out of the mattress and pillows in the second room, and the bathroom door frequently jammed. It was a real shame about the hotel's lack of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is closest to the center of the square.

Everything was good. The hotel's location was within walking distance of Braga Walk. The price was reasonable. The staff overall were polite and very helpful, except for the staff at the breakfast reception. I showed my booking, which clearly included breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. The staff acted as if they didn't believe me, asking me to take a photo of my booking. Until the third time, the staff finally acknowledged the booking was correct, but they didn't even apologize for making a hotel guest uncomfortable. Everything else made for a memorable stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always greets us whenever we meet. The service is excellent, and the location is also very strategic, just walking distance to Braga and Asia Afrika. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast, from the main course to the dessert, is super delicious (a must try). Absolutely the best, I will stay here again next time I visit Bandung.

Easy walking access to the town square, explore Braga

The hotel is in the city center, very close to everything. It's just a short walk to Braga, Asia Afrika, and Alun-alun. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. I booked a junior suite, which had a stunning view of the Grand Mosque of Bandung.

Check-in was very fast, and the room was clean, but the bed was too high. Amenities were quite complete, including a hairdryer. Breakfast lacked variety and had too many sweets. I ended up ordering instant noodles because the main course wasn't extensive, consisting only of white rice, battered fish, fried rice, and vegetables. The staff was quite responsive. Parking is also limited, and valet parking is required for proper management.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is good, but it does get crowded because it's right in front of the town square. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, even though the hotel engineer helped fix it. The breakfast was quite good, but a little more spice would have been better, in my opinion. But it all comes down to personal preference. I'd probably recommend staying here again if I return to Bandung.
