All in all, it's great, but it's a shame the Wi-Fi is down. The cellular data signal isn't very good.

If properly maintained, it would certainly be satisfying. It's considered overpriced for such facilities. Some of the food in the restaurant doesn't come with refills, like the bread, which is limited to the same amount. The price is quite high for such a small variety.

It's a mess, paying a lot but the facilities don't work. The pool's hot water is off, it's dirty, damp, and the AC is broken. The prices need to go down, not this much.

The swimming pool water is cold, not warm.

The room is humid, because it is humid it smells a bit like mold, the floor is sticky, the air conditioner cannot be used.

The villa environment is comfortable, but the road is a bit steep and the wifi is slow.

Entering the room, there were caterpillars, entering the toilet there were caterpillars and lots of mosquitoes, the restaurant was not ready at 7.30, there was no night receptionist on standby, no reply to WhatsApp messages at all, just once, 3 stars but the facilities are like a suburban inn.

Please improve the cleanliness of the room and surrounding area. Overall, okay.

The place is shady, and quite quiet, far from the noise.

The bed sheets were dirty, the hot water pool was under repair, and most of the food was already gone by 8:30.

Good location, pleasant atmosphere. Please note that the bathroom is clean and the hot water is not working.

Far from expectations, please improve the private pool. There's no warmth. If there really isn't any warm water, adjust the price.

The hot water in the private pool isn't as hot as the water heater in the bathroom. It's not worth it for the overpriced room rates.

Friendly staff, comfortable place... The only downside is that the hot spring pool hasn't been reactivated yet.

The only plus in this hotel is the staff who are kind and helpful. The sheets, bedcovers and towels smell like they are not dry. The sink drain hose goes to the bathroom. So if you wash your face, wash your hands or brush your teeth in the sink you have to flush the bathroom too. The toilet gives off an unpleasant smell. The pool? Dirty. When we entered the pool was filled, but it was in a dirty state. During our 2 nights stay there we did not use the pool at all because it was dirty. There are lots of cats in the restaurant. When we ate, we were surrounded by more than 3 cats, 2 of them climbed onto our food table, the restaurant staff were not on standby in the restaurant area so there was no help to chase the cats away.

Please be aware of the water availability. The four of us couldn't shower upon leaving the hotel because there was no water. We received confirmation at 10 and were told to wait. By the time we decided to leave at 12, we still hadn't received any water, and we were directed to another room to urinate. The bathroom ceiling was leaking from rainwater, and what was even more frightening was the dripping of water from the light fixture.

The staff are very helpful, it's a shame that many of the facilities are being repaired, and the private plunge pool needs to have the PVC cover positioned correctly, otherwise the water won't fill up.
