Overall satisfied with the service

Cleanliness needs more attention, especially the bed sheets and bathroom (slippery floor), for breakfast... well, maybe it's according to the price.

The waiter was friendly, the only downside was that the TV remote was difficult to use, luckily I had a cell phone, and the AC wasn't cold.

After a family event, I stayed overnight for work because I couldn't be bothered to move or find another hotel. Even though breakfast was included, I didn't have time because the business event took place early in the morning. It's okay.

I stayed here because it was close to a family event. I often went back and forth, and when I wanted to rest, it was almost midnight because the event went on until quite late. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was still greeted with a friendly welcome.

A comfortable, clean place to stay with cool air conditioning, close to the city center, breakfast included, and friendly staff. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Pemalang.

Overall, the review from my parents are positive. Close to alun-alun, many choices of food nearby, good and clean room, and plenty of facilities inside the building

It is very difficult to find accommodation in the Pemalang area, this hotel has a price and quality that is commensurate. The location in the city center also adds to the advantages of choosing this hotel. Oh yes, the room is not as bad as the one in the photo although there is seepage on the ceiling but it is not too much of a problem.

Abundant water, hot water is on standby until midnight. I who was up until 11 pm could still enjoy hot water. Although the room is simple but clean and comfortable, including the bathroom.

The hotel staff is friendly. But... not sure whether it was the hotel staff or the people staying there. They laughed at me for no reason, I just asked "where is the lobby". Even talked behind my back when I was behind a wall. Additionally, the hotel is really dirty...
