The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

We had a long lay over and this was a great location with a big mall across the hotel.

Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

Zero complaints! Everything I needed was present onsite. Breakfast was good, daily cleaning was well done, and any question I had was answered.

No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

Front desk personel was not well prepared to received , I arrived alitle early, but the the desk person(jenifer) was not wiling to help made me wait for an hour, and when it was my turn send someone else to attende who was asking personal questions out loud , from his desk. The hotel was nice fir the price , but ghe staff need alot training, to how to desl with the customers...

Tudo maravilhoso, quarto limpo, ótimo atendimento. O que deixou a desejar foi a falta de vaga no estacionamento, e o ar condicionado que com certeza não estava funcionando 100%

Foi ótima! Quarto aconchegante, super limpo e cheiroso, cama muito boa com lençóis limpos, banho excelente , funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos e um café da manhã delicioso, com muitas variedades. Nota 10/10
