Very central, affordable and lots of things to do within the premises

Noone told us we can't have a clean towel until after 3 days there. The shower got the floor wet so I had to use my towel to dry the floor. I texted the staff on whatsapp and they said leave it on the floor and they'll replace it, well instead they took the dirty towel and never replaced it. The cleaning lady and front desk lied and said they had no clean towels. Finally, my husband went to the front and insisted in which they handed over a clean towel after lying to me about it. Then, we asked for a 2nd room key since 2 of us were in the room and that took asking 2 staff members, before the one on the 2nd day finally gave us one, then we also asked for handsoap for at least one of the sinks and were ignored. I loved the hotel, but dealing with the staff was weird.

This place was perfect for a short stay. It's clean, secure, comfortable. My room had a fridge and kitchen - although I didn't use them. It's a simple, affordable place - and an ideal base for a few days.

Everything that was needed was close by. The staff was super friendly and kind.

They don't have a kitchen for shared dormitory clients and I couldn't even use the microwave. Glass railings on the pool area were very dirty and cleaning service on shaded dormitory was a pity. I was really expecting for something good but it is just a formerly good looking building

I was visiting Bogota for the first time and initially planned to stay in Chapinero for seven nights. However, I hesitated to book at Spotty Hotel because the cost for three nights was lower than that of a single night at Chapinero. I’m glad I decided to go ahead and book it at Spotty. I stayed at the other hotel for four nights primarily because it was a ten-minute walk from the clinic where I had medical procedures. If I’m ever back in Bogota for tourism, I’ll definitely stay at Spotty Hotels. Don’t let the low cost fool you; you get a lot of excellent services for a fair price. was going to stay in Chapinero for 7 nights. Property is very cool. Tight security, nice outdoor area in the lobby. Great pool with views. Breakfast area is nice, also with great outdoor space with views. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom are like new. Area looks sketchy but nothing to worry about. It’s a university neighborhood. I will stay here again. Oh yea, they also have a bar at one of the floors. This place is worth it.
