No hubo agua por 24 horas, nos hicieron bajar a traer agua en baldes, ni siquiera la llevaron a la habitación.

I have to be very transparent about my perspective on this place. Very artsy and great artwork however the front desk lacks from professional, lack of energy and no quality of service. No one really speaks English. When you are asking them a question it feels like they are bothered. The fact I complained about my room being extremely cold . I was to give them my passport in order to receive an additional blanket. Beyond ludicrous! I asked what sense did that make . One word staff says “policy” without any explanation. The outside of that area is extremely dirty and dangerous. The only thing that is a positive thing is that you’re close to tourist attractions. You better staying elsewhere. Avoid the place. There’s better with better service. Very noisy and there’s a rooster that screams at the top of their lungs staring at 3am . Breakfast is horrible!

Very clean and easy to navigate. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good food. View was beautiful.

Nice room to stay in, graet mountains views,nice staff

This hotel/hostel was just wonderful for the amenities and the aesthetics. I was there as a long weekend tourist and was able to walk to many places of interest. Having an onsite restaurant was a plus and the onsite bar has a 1980's Chicago vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed. If you need a place that's work comfortable Spotty's would be an excellent choice. I hope to return.

Our experience here is nothing but splendid. Clean from the entrance right to your room. Smells wonderful. Food was great also the staff very friendly and helpful especially the bar tender he was definitely the best

Overall, the hotel was quite pleasant, with stunning views overlooking the city. The room was nice, though it could have been cleaner—I found quite a few hairs on the floor and asked for it to be swept. The staff were very friendly, and the security was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good, especially considering the hotel's price. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice! I have stayed here 3 times now. The hotel is new, the staff is great, very safe and secure. This hotel in america is about $35 a night. But this is not motel 6! I always stay on the top floors. They have a pool on the 17th floor and jacuzzi. The restaurant is top notch. Yes its a little expensive for the area but is less than McDonald's back home. This place is clean every time. Nothing has been stolen from my room. I recommend this place to everyone that i know that wants to go to Colombia. Only thing i would say would be an improvement would be a little plug in space heater upon request. It does get a little cold when the rain is present. Air conditioning is not necessary in Bogata. Just open the window. Trust me if your looking for fun this is place!!! Oh and now they have coordinators that take you on party busses to the club and its totally safe!

Very central, affordable and lots of things to do within the premises

Noone told us we can't have a clean towel until after 3 days there. The shower got the floor wet so I had to use my towel to dry the floor. I texted the staff on whatsapp and they said leave it on the floor and they'll replace it, well instead they took the dirty towel and never replaced it. The cleaning lady and front desk lied and said they had no clean towels. Finally, my husband went to the front and insisted in which they handed over a clean towel after lying to me about it. Then, we asked for a 2nd room key since 2 of us were in the room and that took asking 2 staff members, before the one on the 2nd day finally gave us one, then we also asked for handsoap for at least one of the sinks and were ignored. I loved the hotel, but dealing with the staff was weird.

This place was perfect for a short stay. It's clean, secure, comfortable. My room had a fridge and kitchen - although I didn't use them. It's a simple, affordable place - and an ideal base for a few days.
