Love the hotel! So much character and what a fun vibe downtown with everything nearby.

The room was amazing! The hotel was so beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and clean aside from the hair stuck to the shampoo bottles. In the shower there was a crack and the room door seemed like it needed some maintenance. None of these things ruined our stay, but led us to a good instead of excellent. We did use the parking down the street instead of valet due to the price. Staff was friendly, but i would have liked a little more information at check in regarding amenities etc. I had to ask about parking and where elevators were. The desk clerk only handed me the key and told me the room number.

Overall just an excellent experience! Staff was great and a good area.

The Living Room theatre was closed which we wanted to go to.

Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and thermostat/HVAC quick to accommodate temp setting and maintained temp well. Photos along the hotel corridors added to the swanky vibe of the hotel.

Room was beautiful however we were on the inside looking at walls. Next time I’ll ask for a window view. Food and bar were amazing. All staff were kind and courteous. Other than the room view it was very nice.

Our room was a dream. HUGE bathroom, with a private soaking tub. They brought balloons, cake and champagne for my husbands birthday! It was clean, comfortable simply amazing. The hotel smells so good, the valet is seamless, excellent location I can’t wait to come back

Excellent space and design. Great attention to details. I only wish they would at least provide some complementary water in the room—gets really pricey when you have to buy every last thing during your stay.

I was so impressed by the attention to detail and theme the hotel had. You feel like you've been transported into another time. It is such a spacious hotel. The room and bathroom were so clean. The staff were very kind and accommodating.
