Lindo apartamento, muy limpio la verdad todo estuvo perfecto

Well located, safe and clean property.

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t like that the windows couldnt be locked and the deadbolt of the door didnt seem to work- would have appreciated if there was someone on site to address these concerns, but unfortunately nobody came to check when we raised these worries.

Casa Triana was a perfect choice for a family on a quick visit to Sevilla. Very clean, bright and comfortable accommodations (Penthouse Room) which included a large veranda doff off the upstairs bedroom. The rooftop pool was a nice refreshing amenity on a 100 degree day. The neighborhood itself is very charming, with the Mercado less than a 2 minute walk - as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. You are about a 15 minute walk to most of the main attractions, with Uber readily available if too hot. The communication was top notch before, during, and after our stay - allowing us to store baggage even after our departure. Highly recommend!

Nicely remodeled, however the interior on lower floors was a bit dark/ low light. Also kitchen utensils were a bit "lean". The short walk over the bridge to the city center could be considered either a plus or a minus. Very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent communication with staff, who were responsive and helpful throughout our three day stay. Apartment was clean and tidied up daily. Kitchen not super well stocked but we didn’t plan to cook so it was okay. Pool area not as nice as pictured, tiles around the edge of pool needs cleaning. Bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly but overall bathroom was as expected with a nice shower and updated fixtures. This is a very nice place overall in an excellent location that felt safe and property was secure.

This property in Triana was great! Excellent neighbourhood, great food, quiet, market across the street. Mariel was an excellent communicator, so kind,and helpful! Gracias!

We have been travelling for a month throughout Spain. We love Sevilla and Triana and this is why we picked this particular apartment, because of it's location. We had simple instructions for arrival (codes and keyless entry) and everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was very basic and quite dark. The kitchen had minimal supplies. The bathroom was definitely in need of repair, even if it was just repainted and freshened up etc. There was lots of mold on the baseboards and even walls and wallpaper was peeling. A plus was having fresh towels each day as well as garbage emptied and the bed was made. It could be that because all our other apartments on this trip have been exceptional that I'm not giving this particular one a great review. I do however find mold and mildew disturbing. This is a fun neighbourhood to be in when staying in Sevilla. We've been many times.

Very nice property located in Triana, a cross the bridge from the bus to the train station, and and usually about a mile from the big “must sees”

Las suite muy limpia y el personal siempre fue muy amable. Lo único malo fue que nos tocó una habitación que tenía la cama en un piso abajo y el baño arriba así que era muy incómodo subir y bajar sobre todo en la madrugada. Ese detalle no aparece cuando reservas , deberían comentarlo sobre todo para personas que cuenten con alguna discapacidad.

Chouette petit appartement sur une cour, calme, tout confort (sauf canapé lit mais pas de miracle) pas loin du centre et plein d'endroit pour se restaurer... le seul bemol Epoca à plusieurs logements et sur l'email de communication l'adresse est celui du siège principal au lieu du logement qui peux induire en erreur

Very nice appartment, very quiet. Good neighbourhood. We missed a balcony/contact with the street a bit, but of course therefore it was very quiet to sleep and stay. A bit of water damage near the shower. But it was all clean. Nice bed, couch and even 2 tv's.
