Room was clean, and the staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no secured parking at the hotel, and we had to walk five minutes to an off-site parking lot, which I didn't feel comfortable doing at night.

It was a very spacious, clean room. It makes me feel like home. I would highly recommend for couple/ family.

The rooms are well-appointed, but the first room we got, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We changed rooms after the first night, but all of the mattresses are soft and springy like a dorm mattress or a cot. The parking is blocks away, and the area doesn’t feel safe. The restaurant food was awful.

Good location for Legoland but the main road was very noisy, found it very difficult to sleep. The check in desk was closed so we had to check in via the moxy next door, which was fine but general lack of staff around was disconcerting, there was hardly anyone around. Room was very nice and spacious but the floor had not been hoovered so we had to request this after we checked in. Only 2 towels even though there were 4 of us. Breakfast was nice and quite a bit of choice considering it was only meant to be continental. The staff we did see were very friendly and helpful, they were just few and far between.

Simply amazing. I’m am extremely picky when it comes to the comfort and cleanliness of a hotel and this checked all the boxes. The service at the front desk was top notch. Thank you Ms. Anu! What really blew me away is anytime we requested any thing from housekeeping it was there in a matter of moments!l and with extras! The breakfast was okay, but the restaurant’s food was nice. This will always be our spot when visiting England

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are friendly. It’s a bit confusing because they also have a hotel called moxy and I wasn’t a huge fan of the outside area. It was totally okay for one night but somewhere I’d choose to stay for awhile.

The manger and front desk staff were very pleasant and willing to help at all time. The need to create options for eggs in the morning and like them to introduce happy hour.

It was a perfect location for my family

Strange 2 in 1 hotel where you may need to check in at the Moxy because staff doesn't always work the Residence Inn desk. Very weird. Nice room, great size. Not a far walk to the train station going to Windsor Castle but it is in an unsafe area. I wouldn't recommend walking here at night or alone if a women or child.

Very frustrating as we had no elevator service for couple of hours so we had to walk to 7 th floor with a heart condition and knee joint surgery due in end July. Senior management refused to answer our frustration

Immaculate and the staff were very friendly

Excellent hotel and very clean. Very comfy bed, loved the little kitchen area in our room. Had food at Moxy our first night and it was dreadful we ordered chicken burgers and no idea what they served us but it wasn’t chicken, greasy wedges. Needless to say we didn’t eat it or go there again. Definitely give that a miss. Breakfast at residence inn was lovely, hot and cold buffet again very clean. Car park a bit of a walk from hotel and didn’t look particularly safe but thankfully car was fine.

Wonderful. Great staff, room, breakfast. Best stay of the trip.

Everything was great. No issues. Complimentary breakfast was filling. Downstairs bar was good. Great location near other eateries along with a major grocery store and train station to get around and get to London.

lovely apartment with everything you need

I love the hotel. It's clean, rooms are spacious, coffee machine with capsules and great breakfast buffet. Big Tesco nearby, restaurants and fast food, buses to central London. Moxy's reception offers pizzas 24/7 for a midnight snack. We had an amazing stay.

It was an absolute delight. The staff are fabulous. The room and facilities were amazing. Spotlessly clean!! The room and facilities are well designed and comfortable! Parking is just around the corner. I will be staying here again. 10/10
