Room very comfortable and clean. Had two coffees from the machine and they had only milk and no coffee. Very disappointing. No one to ask as no one on dity either when we bought the coffee or in the morning when we left

This is a traveller's hotel and for its kind it is very good. Being so close to the UK, one would expect to find in the room a kettle and selection of tea or coffee for the weary traveller. However, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

For the money all very good value

It was okay. What do you expect for the price. Blinds didn't work as warned by sign on them. No complaints. A place to rest your head and head off. Nice to have free parking included.

We stayed at this hotel the night of the 4th of July. On arrival we found the previous guests towels in the shower. I went to see reception and a very nice young man apologised and came and cleaned the bathroom. We went out to eat and on returning it was evident that the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest also. As reception was closed we slept fully closed on the bed rather than in it. I am not looking for a refund because I know this is not going to happen but I found this very unacceptable. Needless to say we will not be staying at B&B hotels in futur. I will also be very wary of using hotels.com again if this is a sort of place that you promote.

Nothing much to say apart from not having a room code that was emailed and instructions we had weren’t clear how we would receive it but all good

Wonderful stay. Lovely spacious room. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Near the ferry port.

Ideal stop over en route to or from the ferry at Caen, an easy 5 minute drive away. Rooms are quite spacious but minimal, no tea and coffee making facilities, no reception on after about 9pm so entry is automated which works but feels rather impersonal. Staff are friendly when on duty, breakfast includes hot and cold foods and there are several EV chargers in the ample, private car park.

Good parking, quiet, help was promptly available to check in when we arrived the reception was closed. Good breakfast for thus type of hotel. Shower not well designed.

Very helpful reception staff. 5 min drive to ferry terminal And plenty of parking. Ordered pizzas for evening meal which were delicious. Small selection of beer/wine available with food as well as vending machine for coffee and snacks.

Super comfy beds and great black out curtains-we slept amazingly! The check in process was very clever and there was even somewhere to store our bicycles. Thank you.
