Moving our son to California- we stayed 3 nights! Fantastic location, walkable to groceries etc. parking easy, underground and safe. Staff were welcoming each time we entered . Spacious rooms, clean, comfy beds, great free breakfast. Workout room clean and in good condition. Enjoyed patio and pool area. Highly recommend . Even used laundry facility.

Staff was amazing!!

The property was safe, quiet, clean. Will make it my place to stay when I come to visit family in Sunnyvale ca. Only wish when charging for parking, that they post it when booking.

Hotel and room were great. However be aware of the entry way to the parking garage. It is to narrow. I’m all the way over to tap my room key on the pad, but at the same time the cement wall was so close that it scrapped the front fender and mirror of my Blazer and cost me $3500 worth of damage. Why was it built so narrow? They easily could have made it 6” wider or more.

Great stay

The location of the hotel is great, but parking was a major inconvenience. There was barely any space near the entrance to stop and check in, which was especially challenging since I was traveling with my toddler. The room we were assigned was a long walk from the elevator, far from ideal with a child and luggage. The worst part, however, was the parking garage. It’s extremely tight and difficult to navigate, even for a compact car. Also, only Tesla chargers were available, which limits options for other EV drivers.

Very well cleaned and maintained! Staff was nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

Brand new hotel.

This is my weekly go to for overnight accommodations. I find the friendliness of the check-in staff to be a high point in my busy week. As soon as I enter the lobby I am greeted by an enthusiastic welcome (by name) and by far, the hotel's greatest strength are those friendly professionals that welcome me at the door; Talie (sp?), Jennifer, Monique and Gabriel make my weekly stay a treat.

Our room was awesome! Very spacious! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great! We stayed a week and loved it.

The employees are really nice

Gudelia, Lola and Angel are excellent and treat people with respect and are very friendly (cafe) also the young lady who speaks Spanish at the front desk. The only problem was refilling the toiletries and doing the bed. Overall, very nice and clean hotel and we definitely will stay here again. This was a 9 day stay.

Anyone could get onto any floors at this hotel. No key card was needed. There were people trying to get into my room twice. When I informed front desk, they sent a cop. So base on the lack of security for the elevators, I would not highly recommend this place and I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

They did an excellent job keeping things clean

This property was very nice and clean. I had a good variety of breakfast, not too far from the 49ers stadium we stayed here for a soccer tournament and will definitely do it again

Very nice accommodations and very dog friendly, one of the nicest outdoor area for 4-leggers we’ve experienced. Breakfast was heart and had good selections.

Endless hallways and key card points. Very difficult to transport luggage to and from room. No green area for our dog, only a gravel area behind the hotel (had to walk all the way around to the front to get back in). Hotel is not laid out well but did serve its purpose as a stopping point on our otherwise scenic trip. Only stay here if you have no better options.
