Very kind, skilled and helpful staff. The bed was good. Room cleaning could have been better. Would also have appreciated if the little half empty tray with instant coffee and tea had been refilled before my stay.

Rigtig god service, rent, rummelig værelser. Der var dog et dårlig punkt, og der var at der var rigtig varmt på værelset når man skal sove. Det var muligt at skure ned for temperaturen og åbne et lille vindue men det hjalp ikke.

Ystävällinen palvelu. Aamupala oli mahtava. Koiran kanssa yöpyminen onnistui ongelmitta. Näköala merelle ja vuorille hotellihuoneen isosta ikkunasta. Voin suositella lämpimästi.

Chambre confortable avec vue sur l'entrée du port. Hôtel chaleureux ce qui est agréable car la ville est un peu froide, impersonnelle surtout par temps pluvieux. Très bon petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix. Possibilité de diner sur place dans un cadre agréable également. De plus le sauna est dans le port juste devant l'hôtel auprès de qui on peut réserver ou en ligne.

Description says ‘Parking on Site’ but in reality, they tell you to go park yourself in the lot without clear instructions on how payment works. Staff seemed clueless and tried to avoid questions they have no answers to. I ended up paying via the EasyPark app but was charged again by Hertz along with 375nok admin fee! If you have to charge your car, make sure you sign up online (not via the app) and you have to enter payment info or else it would keep giving you this message that the charger is not found. I kind of wished the staff would tell me that instead of watching me struggle for hours. It wasn’t like they were very busy and I got the sense that either they got amusement from watching travellers struggle or they really didn’t care.

Arrived 50 min. before check-in opened. The room was ready but it would cost us a fee to check in “early”. Parking system is so complicated that no receptionists are capable of explaining it.

The staff is great, Maria helped me everytine I needed help. Very clean and quiet, good breakfast I didn't know lunch has to be ordered ahead, in winter ne aware not many places are open, so plan ahead:)

Experience is good except the cleaning of the room, most particularly under the beds: pens, lips stick, dust…

Paying to park at your own hotel parking lot....should be free after you prove that you are staying at hotel....seems to be normal in Norway but should be part of the service included in the room rate.
