(+) The rooms are large, cool, and clean, with a clean bathroom, quite complete facilities, ample parking, and very friendly staff. (-) Noise from other rooms is audible and quite disturbing, and the Wi-Fi signal is very problematic. Overall, it's a good place for a weekend getaway with the family, especially for those with small children, as there's a large yard and swimming pool.

Asylum Cottage, best room E1. Everything is okay, clean, but there are a lot of flies, so you have to bring Baygon. The gallon water is also dirty, so it's recommended to bring your own water. Other than that, it's okay for a healing family on a low budget.

When we checked in, the receptionist wasn't there, and we waited a long time for no one. We ended up going out and wandering around. That evening, when we got our room, the lights went out for a very long time. The west row was bright and the lights didn't go out, which was strange...

Check-in and checkout were easy. I was in room G3, which is non-AC, but feels like AC because of Lembang. There's no TV. The hot water is flowing smoothly, but it might need some pest control as I encountered a few insects. The atmosphere is cool and quiet, and there's an outdoor area.

The Duluxe room is spacious, the bed is big, the TV can't be watched. One of our orders for a standard room was upgraded to a deluxe room because we checked in at night. Unfortunately, we still couldn't rest because there was karaoke until midnight. Then the next morning we were surprised by the noise since early morning. Tryta there was a village-level swimming competition and the swimming pool was very crowded. It's a shame we weren't informed beforehand. Even though one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the swimming pool. This hotel is very spacious. Vulnerable to being rented for office events. So it's less comfortable for personal renters, especially on weekends

We booked 1 family room and one standard room. We checked in late at night. The plus side was that our standard room was upgraded to a suite room and we were next to each other. The minus side was that the TV channels couldn't be watched at all. The wifi signal was also not good. Worse, for a family hotel concept, I don't recommend bringing a baby to this hotel. Because in the hotel restaurant there was karaoke until midnight and it was very disturbing for people resting. Then we didn't really enjoy the hotel's swimming pool facilities because it turned out that that morning the hotel's swimming pool was rented for a village-level swimming competition and it was very crowded. It's a shame that guests outside the event were not notified in advance. But I salute the friendly staff

The place is nice and comfortable, the only problem is that when I wanted to take a shower in the morning the hot water didn't come out, but when I got there in the afternoon when I just checked in the hot water was there, in the morning there wasn't any so I showered with cold water, the weather was cold. Ha ha.

Overall it's good, but for me and my wife, who don't really like cold, the blanket is still too cold even though it's already under the blanket.
