We were disappointed with the coffee machine in our room. The quantity it makes is small and not hot. The shower was terrible, no pressure and it was very difficult to control water temp. Wifi was not adequate: one of our devices wouldn’t log in and it worked everywhere else.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. When I realized I’d left a skincare item in the room after leaving, they were very helpful in checking and making sure I got it back. The location is convenient, with a McDonald’s nearby and easy access to the highway. It’s also not far from Bayshore Shopping Centre, which made getting around quite easy. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, which made mornings enjoyable. The only downside was the noticeable noise from the air conditioning in the hallway, which could be disruptive at times.

Breakfast was included and excellent. Good variety. Staff are friendly. They called to check that the room was suitable and to see if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower in the am!

Very clean spacious rooms, liked the small sectional for seating in the room! Beds were comfortable. Really liked the 3pm check-in and noon checkout. Lots of free parking

I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again.

The beds and pillows were too soft for us. We ended up with sore back/neck. The pool was too cold for the kids. My son could only stay in 15 mins and his lips were blue. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. I like the location and the look of the hotel.
