酒店客房安排混亂，預訂可容納數人”頂級房”及經過確認後，酒店說因人為錯誤只一可提供一間雙床房，頂級房憑空消失了，亦導致要額外預訂另外兩間客房以容納所有人，客人就像需要為酒店錯誤承擔風險，沒有保障
服務質素低於平均水平，從前台，房間清潔，餐廳體驗都差勁，自助早餐食物種類本來已經有限，在食物缺乏情況下亦沒有進行添加
作萬豪集團的常客，有比較的情況下，這家假日酒店連最基本水平也不符合，亦不要預期有什麼服務，佛山有許多比這家酒店更好的選擇
