Well appointed apartment conveniently located near train station. Helpful staff. Only problem was with the tv which the staff fixed.

Perfect for work travelers or holidaymakers who prefer to prepare their own meals instead of restaurants.

I arrived early, but was checked-in immediately, being given a ground floor (windows onto the pavement) flat. The first issue that I noticed was that there was a dehumidifier in the bedroom with a "Do Not Switch Off" sign, and mold around the window sill. I was told that this could be switched off (too noisy for me to sleep), but they'd rather that it wasn't! A bigger issue was the stench coming from the kitchen sink, which was overpowering when the cabinet beneath it was opened. Again, there was mold. I failed to complain, or ask to move at this point - a mistake. On my check-out morning, there was no hot water. Otherwise, the finish and maintenance of the flat were all quite bodged, e.g. flooring gaps, bedroom door wouldn't close without excessive force (appeared moisture damaged), bathroom sink tap loose, heavy bath sealant, entry door gaps. I don't know if this flat (3) is representative of the others - I hope not. The location is good, as is having a washing machine, microwave, and oven.

Very clean, had everything we needed. Reception was always available. Nice little selection of tea/coffee/toiletries. Really good location

Great value for money in a convenient location. Friendly staff and quickand easy check-in/out. There was a slight damp smell in the en suite and the kitchen had a wonky drawer, but otherwise perfect for us.

It was a good find on short notice just a minute or so from city centre. It included a kitchenette that could be very handy, and a clothes washing machine in the room! Ideal if you plan to stay a few days.

It’s situated in a backstreet behind a Main Street row of nightclubs. Fine for a midweek stay but probably best avoided at weekends. It’s ok for the price but a bit like staying in student accommodation - Spartan furniture and furnishings and rather tired decoration.

Well planned apartment with everything that was needed for cooking and laundry. Well situated close to the town and cathedral. Parking was an issue as Norwich has hardly any available on the street so the cost is substantial.

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for a weekend. It is ideally situated for exploring the city. The accommodation is spacious and the beds comfy. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent apartment, good location. All staff very good. However map to find the apartment wasn’t accurate. Would still recommend.

Spacious studio apartment. It was excellent to have a washing machine/dryer in the apartment. The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure. It is a short walk from the train. Reception is 24 hours so you can check in or ask for help at any time.

Had an excellent stay here! The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right near the cathedral. Room was clean and had what I needed. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Norwich

Noisy backing onto nightclub. Room was dirty. No hot water in shower. Kettle needed descaling. Bed was not queen. Mugs were dirty.
