Shower was significantly clogged, hottest the water would go is lukewarm, mattress was extremely uncomfortable, WiFi was slow which meant streaming in the TV (like intended) was poor quality, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and the key card reader for the door took 3 tries every time. Room 320. I’m not one to ask to move rooms, because I don’t have the patience or time. Very meh. Also, for all of this, the price per night is too high.

Quiet clean rooms friendly staff

Everyone was very nice and professional, the room was clean & comfortable, location was great for why we were visiting (BananaBall), breakfast was good! The women running the front desk were always busy helping everyone or cleaning. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly it was frustrating that after my first night I mentioned to the front desk that I was not given proper bed sheets, just a comforter, and if they could have house keeping fix my room. They told me yes, and then nothing. Next morning I mentioned again and they said yes we will have house keeping fix it, nothing. Then I went and mentioned it’s been 3 days and they walked me to the linen room and said here is some extra sheets. On my last day there they cleaned my room and new sheets. Unacceptable

I could hear other people, next door, through the walls. The air conditioner made a strange noise when it was running.

This is the 2nd Tru by Hilton have stayed in recent weeks. It will be my go-to from this point forward.

It was loud until about 3 am. Pool hours were not observed.

Great room and very friendly staff

Easy check in and great location near IKEA. Even has fireworks (IDK why) at the park nearby one night.

Decent hotel, but the staff and service were just okay! Out of many items for the morning breakfast and the juice machine was out of order too. The staff also turned the lights off of those of us eating in the lobby, right at the 9:30 cutoff time. Many guests were still waiting in line for food and they began putting it away anyways. I think they may need some training on customer experience, but the hotel itself was cute and convenient.
