Lovely property close to Vatican and fantastic restaurants. Staff was very helpful & room VERY comfortable. Amazing view of St Peter’s from our bed & extra special view from shower. Will definitely be back.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, great location

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square. The room was much nicer than expected compared to the photos online. The bed is huge and there are only a few rooms on each floor, which makes it feel more private. It can be a little tricky to find at first since there isn’t a big sign out front, but there is a small one at the entrance if you look closely. The building feels very secure because you need your key to get in at all times. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Walking distance to St. Peter’s Basilica, bus stops and restaurants.

This was such an adorable place and the location was perfectly right next to the Vatican! What a nice extra touch of the private balcony too!

We stayed in a room with balcony and view of the basilica dome. Very close to Vatican. Easy walk. Air conditioning was good in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice little spot on property for lite breakfast before heading out. Staff were very helpful and kind! Overall very nice experience! Easy access on both sides of property with key card access. Easy pickup for uber or taxi or car service. Would definitely stay again.

Great Staff and Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have some mindedly left a small bag and the hotel is holding it until we return from Europe to United States and will make arrangements for it to be shipped to us. That impresses me. We would recommend especially if you’re wanting to be close to the Vatican.

Amazing place, close to the Vatican. We were able to sun on the patio, and walk to everything.

The staff is super nice and very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t like the room, I didn’t think it was very clean, since the remote was awfully dirty with built up dust and debris on it .. like if it was never clean, the tv has only 2 English Channels and no way to watch anything interesting , they need to update to a smart tv so at least you could watch YouTube or offer cable channels in English for the tourists .. also the remote phone was dirty, the location is great just a short walk to the Vatican, the hotel is a good option but these guys need a better housekeeping service , they are doing a very bad job relating to cleanliness

Very nice staff

We stayed at three four-star hotels during our trip. Although this one meets the definition of a four star in Rome, it did not live up to our expectations based on the other places. The staff did their jobs in a blasé manner. The room was tiny and very warm. We turned the temp down, to no avail. We ended up opening the window out to a busy street, with a ton of noise. The shower water pressure and temperature varied throughout our visit. The hallways were filthy. We were warned to not touch the sides when using the elevator, a very tiny one which made not touching the sides with luggage near impossible, or the elevator would stop or break. I did not complain to staff. It didn’t seem worth the trouble. The location worked really well as we were headed to the Vatican.

The property is ok , rooms very nice but no full time staff after hours. I got stuck in the elevator at 4:30am leaving for the airport and when you press the emergency button no once answered. I had to call 911 and wait over an hour for the fire dept to break me out. Missed my flight. I suggest a hotel with a staff that’s always on site.
