Room and location was excellent. Only exception was that the coffee mugs were not cleaned properly (coffee rings around the top). Also I noticed items on the room mini bar were not in the room so notified reception so we didn’t get billed for them.

Great location, lovely Hotel with very modern and spacious rooms. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we visit Canberra again.

Clean, modern, super quiet - the only thing that lets this down is a lack of onsite (or close) coffee shop/cafe!

The room was lovely ..the r oom service disgraceful from the restaurant. They forgot to put the order through for our 6 o'clock dinner..and still didnt get it for 1 3/4hrs.not happy at all

The room was clean & well set out. There was a random sock though in the walk-in robe under the bench.

One of my favourite hotels Staff are very friendly and the rooms are really nice. The added bonus of having meat and wine co right next door and for room service is unmatched. I do wish they had softer needs, I am bigger guy and like a soft mattress. I have found the mattresses are a little hard but not enough to turn me away

Beautiful hotel in great location, room was spacious and very great lay out! Very stylish

Dirty greasy fingerprints on cupboard and fridge doors. Felt grimy as a result. No milk for tea/coffee. Room dark, dingy and noisy in evening/night due to noise from cars revving. Not room booked. View of office block. Really disappointing stay
