Booked a room and asked for a different floor. The staff was not happy to welcome and solve the problem.

Actually for the hotel room, its really new, clean and they have a balcony for a good river view, however, it seems the TV has to be fixed or even add some english channels like BBC, HBO, NHK, KBS or other channels cause its a 4⭐️ star hotel not only served for local visitors even many foreign visitors as well, has to be a high standard, also the breakfast its ok for me. But overall is good, even the front desk are nice and friendly. The building is quite new. Good experience for me to stay in this hotel. Even its 2km distance to downtown.
