The walls were broken, the floor was sticky, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the sink was leaking, so water was everywhere.

Simple room. But the location is very strategic.

Cheap apartment but inadequate facilities. At the beginning of the search the room price was ca 400K when clicked it dropped to 270K, it turned out that when booked the room was inadequate, there was no stove and facilities as usual.

The staff is very responsive and helpful. Can cook and the TV can already use Netflix. Cold AC, nice view. Stayed here twice and always liked it!

Amenities were not available upon check in. Rooms were comfortable, but not clean.

All good, only the mattress is missing a little.

Tempat bersih ac dingin, cuma listriknya suka tbtb bunyi 10kali kaya alarm jadi keganggu pd saat tidur padahal tokennya masih ada.

Luas nyaman bersih udah jadi langganan banget di Bonzela pokoknya bagus bagus kamarnya.

Anyway, don't hesitate to book at Bonzela anymore. Sofa never disappoints, towels and toiletries are complete, smell good, clean. Cooking equipment is also available. Good service, friendly. My experience at Bonzela for cheap and nice everything. And you don't need to use a deposit, just sat set sat set. Servicenya mengecewakan. Remote TV baterai habis, karena mau kerjain tugas biasanya di temenin kopi panas, udah request teko pemanas atau alat masak buat bikin kopi, cuma di iyakan doang, sampai check out ga dateng-dateng itu room servicenya. Parah.

Cheap pastes, lots of sauce🥲.

It's comfortable, there's a fridge, you get 2 bottles of drinking water, toiletries, there's a kitchen, it's clean, the AC is cold, it smells good, the hot water runs, it's really good & really a recommendation. There's only one drawback, namely the spring bed is not soft, the iron feels, it's not comfortable to sleep, it seems like it needs to be replaced.
