The room was modern, clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the cathedral, too. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide selection to choose from. We loved the Birmingham-themed art work throughout- a nice touch!

Room was good and nice and clean, great bathroom. Disappointing selection of tea, would have expected some green and better herbal selection. Breakfast was disappointing, the space just doesn’t work, there’s too many tables crammed in and they are tiny, we struggled to fit drinks and food on. No privacy and it doesn’t feel like a nice relaxed experience. It seemed understaffed as the one woman looked too busy and they weren’t very attentive. We waited nearly 15mins for drinks and had to ask to order the breakfast which then too ages to arrive.

Great hotel, lovely clean room and was really impressed by the breakfast.

Great central location, big bedroom and bathroom. Close walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants. Local bus stops right outside.
