TBH this was our first adult only “love” hotel experience in Japan. The location is amazing, right opposite the beach - but the room we had had no view. The hotel was really cheap (£34 per night when we booked), and the service is amazing. If you’ve ever done video Karaoke in Japan, it’s more like that than a regular hotel - but obviously the room has a bed in it!! There is 24hr room service for food and drinks, and breakfast brought to your room. You can park your car for free. The only draw-back is a late check-in (6pm), our particular room was a bit tacky and old (but perfectly clean) and you’re not really expected to leave your room (you don’t get a regular room key - more of a charge card that you swipe on your way out to check out). I am really pleased we stayed here because of the price and the “love hotel” experience. We will definitely do it again, but probably not book in advance this time, as there were different (a bit more expensive but much nicer) rooms available that we could have picked from a digital display if we had just “walked in”.

Surprisingly spacious and very comfortable! While I could not speak Japanese well, the staff were very accommodating and really on the ball with helping us have a great stay! Highly recommended!

直予約じゃないとホテルの食事等安くなる会員特典は利用できなかったのが残念です

コスパは良いと思います。施設は古いのとたばこのにおいがありました。シャワーのホースに穴が開いていましたが、お風呂も広く部屋も広く、良かったと思います

お部屋は普通の大きさでゆっくりさせてもらいました。 はじめにフロントに行った時の方が鍵を渡しパーキング札を受け取り愛想なしに消えたかれました笑 部屋に入りジャクジーや浴槽ライトは故障 部屋の照明の調整も故障 朝に外の天気を見ようと窓の木の扉を開けるとガラスの窓が開いてました そりゃ部屋寒いですよね 二度と使うことはないですが それてわ普通に料金取れるものなんだと思いました。 朝食を運んでくれた方は愛想の良い方でした

須磨シーワールドに近く歩いて行けるので助かります
