Because there isn’t no receptionist and there checking in needed to be done with tablet, it wasn’t a smooth process, especially the part where reservation number wasn’t provided prior, didn’t game entrance code for tour front door, and had to input all the guests’ info on my own.
In addition to the issues I had with the checking in, someone made a mess at the lobby area which was left untouched for almost a day, and the trash from the room didn’t get picked up for days.
Not so convenient for foreign travelers staying for more than a day or two.
