Muy buen hotel, el personal muy amable. Solo que, los cuartos no son muy herméticos y se escucha ruido de los pasillos.

Basic but pleasant rooms with no coffee maker or desk, but coffee is available downstairs. The plastic mattress covers and thin sheets are uncomfortable for sleeping, the fabric chair was grossly stained, and 2 bottles of water are provided the first night but aren’t replenished for additional nights. Reception was friendly and helpful, but the location is on the outskirts of the city, so if you aren’t driving you’re dependent on their drivers, which, on occasion cost almost twice the price of a regular taxi and the wait time can be long. When a regular Taxi was specifically requested, the receptionist disregarded the request and called for their driver, so the fare was 120 mxn rather than the standard 80mxn taxi fare. It was not up to her - a regular taxi should be called if requested. Breakfast offered a selection of both hot and cold options. Avoid the restaurant for meals! We stayed for dinner and the server disappeared once our meal arrived and we had to hunt to get our bill. Food was of poor quality, and my friend became ill with food poisoning from the enchiladas. There’s good reason why the restaurant is almost always empty! Worst of all, I left a ring behind - there’s no question it was left at the hotel, because when I arrived at my friends home in SMA immediately after checking out I realized it was not on my hand. I was told it was not found and so I’ll never see it again. Someone found it. Be very careful!

Very nice, new hotel with great room rate and great breakfast. The staff was also super helpful in printing a form now required at the airport when a traveler departs.

The parking was great! Space available for everyone. Staff was diligent and very kind and informative. Uber is easy to get in and out of there, but would recommend taxi services as they're a bit cheaper. Mall with movie theater nearby.

Staff was nice. Had a 28 day stay, left on day 25. The noise from other visitors was ridiculous. I understand everyone’s visit is different some come to relax and some come to party. I respect either choice but every all got to be respectful and mindful. The staff did nothing to curb the partying in the halls. They should’ve reminded them to party in the court yards where there were tables and chairs, or the roof top, but when the guests were up there I could hear them, felt like they were going to come through the ceiling. Throughout my stay there was this intermittent sewage scent coming from the bathroom floor drain. On two separate occasions I found a cockroach in my bathroom. The website and staff upon arrival told me room available. That was only for drinks! No food! Other than that the staff was nice.
