I just met at this homestay, if you order through the application, you are asked for additional money plus you have to leave a security deposit. Cleanliness is ok. The staff is quite friendly. Overall ok according to the price of the room.

We are a family from Jakarta to Blitar, because last night we booked OYO 90248 D'em Homestay Family. Because with a family with 2 children aged 15 and 12, 50,000 per person is asked plus 55 extra beds. I asked for a new room which costs 168,000 but he said it was out. But 5 minutes there are new guests but they can be served. Very bad service. His cs also doesn't have a smile. Just once is enough.

The place is nice, clean, friendly but unfortunately the hot water is not as loud as the shower.

The price is 116, even though I was asked for an additional fee, there is a fee, there is a fee for ordering via complicated applications, the additional cost is almost the cost of the message, please.

Prices do not match. If you want to check in, you have to add a fee - + 70 thousand for admin fees and others.

The service was not optimal, I had to wait 1.5 hours to check in because the guard was sleeping and I had to bang on the door. But so far for the cleanliness of the rooms and the place is really good, only for the service of the guards to be improved, it's a pity for example there are other guests who have to wait a long time.

Very unsatisfactory and disappointed, the hotel did not provide information that the homestay is sharia, I came all the way from Papua hoping to rest but did not get any solution there, the funds also cannot be refunded, and the owner insists that he has updated the terms and conditions but there is no information there so I as a cust feel very disappointed, please this can be a lesson for other traveler friends so they don't experience the same thing.
