Started with the reception staf/front desk with no smile and busy with her video call while the guests in front of her, the room was not worth with the rate as leaking in front of the bath room ( 205 ) and no remote TV, TV yet to be programmed so that can’t watch at all ( 203 ). We wont be recomended this hotel. Thank you

the receptionist is nice for letting me to leave my luggages after i checkout. it’d be better if they increase the cleanliness of the room.

I love the balcony room and the pool and the staff lend me a lightning charger. I hope they find it in the room because I forgot to give them back personally when I check out and I hope they keep my tepsi charger that I left in room 304.

I don’t know whether it was the cleaning staff or other guest who talk very loud around midnight and from 4 AM to 6 AM in the morning on the hallway. Very disturbing. If it was employee, maybe can advise them to lower their voice and if it was a guest, hope that the hotel can remind their guest to be considerate during their stay

the service in this hotel so bad, many dust in room and bed make me and my friends itch, house keeping not cleaning my room from day 1 until me and my friends chek out, this hotel not change the towel, linen, etc Me and my friends must swipe the room,take a towel, take a mineral water bottle, throw away the trash by ourselves. if we ask to reception to change the towel, she is cruel not friendly. not recommended for you stay in this hotel

The hotel is very bad for business and family trips, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are outside and very noisy, not soundproof. Check-in time is 3 and check-out time is 11, which is very uncomfortable.

the hotel is located in indian area. so dont be surprised with lots of indian bar and restaurants. the hotel is very close to rochor MRT. you can find the biryani restaurant that got michellin star, not far from the hotel. the room is compact, i like the design, with plenty of lighting option. pretty wallpapers. i arrived at 10pm, i forgot to bring money as deposit, they require 100sgd deposit ,if you pay by credit card, they return it in 2-3months., so prepare your money. aaand, when you checked-in late, like me,, you have to come to the daulat hotel, next to a bar, close to this hotel to see the reception. the reception desk doesn't open 24hr. we have to whatsapp chat the reception, if we want to get the room cleaned anyway i'm happy with my stay

The location is good, near a hawker/food court, the hotel nuance and facilities are good.

Closer to Racor MRT station, cheap price for Singapore.

it's so noisy in the next door and make us not comfortable, safety box is too dirty and can't use it, there is no cupboard as well. also our neighbors playing the music with the speakers too loud it's totally unacceptable.

The room is very small for the price, in my opinion.. strategic location near MRT,
