The room is not big. Suitable for single traveler because TJ station or MRT is right in front of the hotel.

Stains on towel and bed sheet.

I used public transport to reach this establishment from and to the airport. It was really convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staffs were helpful and I get to keep my luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out time. Thank you, Four Points!

My wife had an unfortunate incident, but the hotel staff were very helpful. They saved my wife well and even offered the option of an ambulance. I really appreciate their support. Thank you!

Security at the drop off lobby was really complicated. Wanting to check in the car, I couldn't valet it first, like, try to be more initiative. Got a room with a giant column blocking the view. Even though it was only a 1 night transit. It's a shame to use the "Sheraton" branding.

New Year's Eve here, it was fun to walk to the HI roundabout to see the fireworks, the friendliness of the staff is top notch👍especially the staff at the restaurant & receptionist, the food variations are not many but they all taste delicious, there is ice cream too, the room is comfortable with a nice view, I want to stay here again sometime

the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is also comfortable..it's just a shame that it's not soundproof and when I stayed on 23-26 Dec 2024, it was under renovation so there were quite a lot of knocking sounds😁..the food is standard..

It's really nice to stay here because the office is in the next building. Just walk and you'll be there.

Everything is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, it is just noisy with the busy road and renovation.

When we came to the hotel and check for the bathroom, we found small hairs on WC, so we called the Front desk to clean it. And the staff really quick in handle this discomfort. Please keep up the good work and please do deep clean for the room especially bathroom for the next guest.

The hotel is comfortable and nice and clean.

A night stay for transit … unfortunately the sound from main road was disturbing 😩 though hotel provided ear plug (this can not be for such 😬). Other than that was OK 👍.

Have stayed at Four Point Thamrin and Surabaya several times. Friendly prices, close to the city center, friendly staff and the atmosphere of the hotel and rooms are very pleasant.

First experience staying here because tomorrow we plan to go to CFD. When you arrived you were greeted very friendly by all the hotel staff. The rooms are very clean although not very spacious, the room facilities are quite complete. The view faces Thamrin and Sarinah, so my children are very happy. Even though it turned out that there were no CFDs the next day because there was the Jakarta Marathon International event, it was okay because you could still go around in the morning. Next time I will definitely come back again. Thank You.
