Honestly, Emaki is not as good as before.. now the archery spot has been moved, the fish pond is closed. Even though the fish feeding spot used to be really beautiful.. Honestly, I'm disappointed with the current layout of the place. The big pond where the swans swam is now a playground. The animals that used to be free are now all caged individually. The cages are very small. The new flying fox spot is fun. It's also safe for children. Hopefully, it can be managed better in the future.. huhu..

A very satisfying stay. The kids were happy because of the cool atmosphere, complete with a water park, mini zoom, a very comfortable mosque, friendly staff, and a strategic location. Highly recommended for a return visit 😍

second time to enaki, this time stay in emaki room, nicer than yesterday's wooden one, with floor, not too cold at night. even without AC in emaki is desired. maybe lighting outside should be added, because access to the mosque is dark on the stairs, and at night going out is also dark on the alley below. that's all. the rest is okayeee

The food is simple but delicious, the place is quite spacious, shady but clean, the children are happy with the pool and the animals.

This stay experience was not at all pleasant. Access to the hotel is bad. The distance to the room is quite far and there are no vehicle facilities to get to the room. At night, the road to the room is poorly lit, many lights are out. The area around the river is full of garbage. The telephone in the room is broken, can't call the receptionist. The bathroom is slippery. The room is not air-conditioned and has no ventilation, so you have to open the window. The room I chose was a double bed, but it turned out that the only rooms available were twin beds, very uncomfortable for me who was on vacation with my husband and child. The point is, many of the descriptions on Traveloka listed by the hotel are not appropriate. Hopefully Traveloka will also respond. Then the next most unpleasant thing is: when checking in, I was told that the swimming pool was only open from 09.00 - 16.00, while check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 12.00. I arrived at 15.00 and it turned out I couldn't swim because it was being cleaned, and was told I could only swim at 9am tomorrow, I asked for compensation for a 1 hour room so my child could swim more freely and it was not given, I only asked for 1 hour. The complaint handling was also very bad, so bad that I had to write a review here. Really really really bad service...

Thank you, it was quite a pleasant stay at Emaki. Only the swimming pool is currently unusable.
