Good service, very strategic location, very nice hotel atmosphere. I travel a lot so I often stay at other hotels, my suggestion is to service the bathroom, especially the toilet because there is a lot of limescale, the trash can only has toilet paper, soap, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes please provide because it is important. The towels are the most highlighted because in my opinion they are not suitable for a hotel priced above 200k, the pillows are moldy and too flat, the door is a bit difficult for me to close, otherwise it is good, hopefully in the future it will be better

The staff is very friendly and very close to access to Ardha Candra Art Center.

There are things I do not feel comfortable with, the smell around the lobby, it was like a dead mouse or something, and then on the room floor a caterpillar was crawling. There's a free coffee or tea from 7 to 10 AM, but it doesn't look clean, the glass and around the corner where guests could make their own.

This is a guesthouse class. The room floor is quite clean, although the sheets and towels are dull. The bathroom water is very small, and the toileters are bar soap. Yes, it is a guesthouse class, not a hotel. The breakfast is a choice of lasik. The serving is slow, we thought it was warm, but it turned out the fried rice was served cold. We don't understand what made them serve it so long if the fried rice was cold. Dirty restaurant.

The room air conditioning are not work well, also the sound in the area are so loud

The hotel staff is very friendly, but there is no hotel restaurant. The bathroom/toilet is not very clean.

The process is ok, the place is ok, but the security service is not there, there is no guard at the main door either. There is also no officer to escort you to your room. The reception should be given more priority.

The staff is friendly, please improve the cleanliness.

Just expand the car park.

There are cockroaches in the room, Sheets are not changed, smelly and dirty. The room smells.

Location matters and the hotel delivers. Bed, sheet and towels are old but acceptable. Pressure pressure is good and the hot water is nice. AC functioned properly and so did the TV. Happy guest here.

It's just an ordinary place, the water tends to get congested, if it's a strategic location and it's nice to be on the side of the road, but for others it's just B,

Lokasi strategis lah, mungkin untuk kebersihan kamar mandi mohon lebih diperhatikan lagi, dan sekedar saran, untuk handuknya tolong yang lebih bagus jika ingin disediakan bagi tamu hotel, kasihan tamunya kl tidak bawa handuk.

Comfortable inn, close to the city center.

Very different from the one in the photo, the room and toilet are very dirty. When checking in, the data has not been entered into the receptionist even though the booking has been made far in advance.

Staf ramah, selain itu memutuskan pindah penginapan segera.

They never clean the bed, pillow, and blanket. Really dissapointed. If I can do refund I'll do refund now.

Lots of mosquitoes and a musty smell like the smell of cockroaches.

Lumayan lah dengan harga segitu buat beramai-beramai. Ada harga, ada kualitas kalo kata saya mah. Untuk kolam renangnya memang keliatan bening tapi ternyata kotor. Mungkin jarang ada yang pakai kali ya. Kalau ingin ngopi, sebelahnya recommended kopinya. Enak tempat juga lumayan buat nongkrong low budget. Untuk kamar mandi biasa aja. Cuma ada sabun tangan. Buat mandi harus bawa sendiri semua alat mandinya. Handuknya juga jelek banget kayak keset kaki.

The check-in process waited for 1 hour and even then we kept pushing, and the towels were given tablecloths.
