Staying at The Bali Rama City Hotel... Okay, good.

It's a shame that the bathroom was locked when it was broken in and my hand was injured, and there were no first aid facilities.

Got a good room and quite large for a family room. Suggestions for cleanliness to be improved. More clothes hangers, especially in the bathroom. The sheets and towels could be replaced with new ones because some were torn. If the cleanliness is improved, it will be very good for the rating, especially for this hotel. After all, the staff is nice and very helpful, the food ordered at the hotel is delicious. The surrounding area has lots of snacks/food, laundry. Quite strategic

The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff are efficient. The facilities are complete, including a nice swimming pool. The price is affordable for the facilities provided. I will definitely be back!

Good service, very strategic location, very nice hotel atmosphere. I travel a lot so I often stay at other hotels, my suggestion is to service the bathroom, especially the toilet because there is a lot of limescale, the trash can only has toilet paper, soap, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes please provide because it is important. The towels are the most highlighted because in my opinion they are not suitable for a hotel priced above 200k, the pillows are moldy and too flat, the door is a bit difficult for me to close, otherwise it is good, hopefully in the future it will be better

There are things I do not feel comfortable with, the smell around the lobby, it was like a dead mouse or something, and then on the room floor a caterpillar was crawling. There's a free coffee or tea from 7 to 10 AM, but it doesn't look clean, the glass and around the corner where guests could make their own.

This is a guesthouse class. The room floor is quite clean, although the sheets and towels are dull. The bathroom water is very small, and the toileters are bar soap. Yes, it is a guesthouse class, not a hotel. The breakfast is a choice of lasik. The serving is slow, we thought it was warm, but it turned out the fried rice was served cold. We don't understand what made them serve it so long if the fried rice was cold. Dirty restaurant.

There are cockroaches in the room, Sheets are not changed, smelly and dirty. The room smells.

Location matters and the hotel delivers. Bed, sheet and towels are old but acceptable. Pressure pressure is good and the hot water is nice. AC functioned properly and so did the TV. Happy guest here.

Lokasi strategis lah, mungkin untuk kebersihan kamar mandi mohon lebih diperhatikan lagi, dan sekadar saran, untuk handuknya tolong yang lebih bagus jika ingin disediakan bagi tamu hotel, kasihan tamunya kalau tidak bawa handuk.
