It's really fun. If you come here with kids, you'll definitely enjoy the pool area. There's a viral infinity pool. It's located about 5 minutes from the viral cafe "Milk and Matcha." There's a restaurant and a small cafe. There's also a garden area. Don't worry about the room size; it's truly spacious. The bathroom is also clean.

The hotel rooms are okay, but the glamping area is still a bit messy. Hopefully, it will be tidier and more organized in the future, and there will be more educational activity facilities.

One thing that made me uncomfortable was that at that time there was an event in the yard near the room but the guests could access the front yard of the room so I thought it was a bit annoying and not private, but other than that this accommodation was very good.

There's a swimming pool, and the cottages are nice and well-maintained. The food is always delicious. Perfect for a family vacation. I've been here several times and it's always comfortable.

I've been here several times, but none of the staff seem to be aware. They never let me check in early, even though it's at 1:00. They said the room would be ready at 2:00, but it's only now at 2:30. The Wi-Fi is intermittent. There's no new variety in the food. It's always been the same.

It's fun and kids friendly.. but there's only one drawback. The playground is not maintained. It's too old and rusty. It should be fixed to be safe. If it's rusty, we'll be worried too. The wooden ones are also loose and afraid they'll break. Please fix them. But the rest are okay and good.

The ambiance was very nice traditional Joglo style. The bedsheets, towels and bathroom were dirty.

From the start of check in, the receptionist said the room was free upgrade because the initial room booked had damaged properties. Upgraded to a higher type of room, but the location was very far away had to go through stairs. Difficult to access. Not to mention that when we arrived at the room there were still many dirty spots on the bed and on the cover. The floor was not clean. It was very dirty, it looked like it had not been used for a long time. There were lots of mosquitoes because the room was in the farthest corner. Not to mention that we could not order room service from the room. We had to walk all the way to the restaurant to order. Even though we had stayed here before and we could order room service from the room and pay with a deposit. It was really strange that the system had been changed. The receptionist was not very informative. Even though I had told them the room was far away, how could we not order from the room. Because I couldn't stand it, my friends and I immediately moved to another hotel. We checked out at night to the housekeeping. Eh, the next morning we were still chatting with the receptionist and told to check out. It was really strange that people were already CO. Miskom was the team. Even though I had been here several times and this was really disappointing. The service is not the same as before.
