Fantastic stay

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Aging bathrooms. Shuri castle a short 15 minute walk away. Rest of Naha attractions can be reached by bus or monorail train. Bus stop is a 10min walk. Monorail about 20 min by foot. Buffet breakfast was decent, nothing special.

Good location but the bidet in the hotel bathroom had feces on it.

The pool was great at this property. Our room was small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The food options were ok. There were restaurants around the area. Staff at the front desk were helpful especially Anthony. He was helpful with recommendations of where to visit in the island and places to eat at.

Simply the best. It was my first time in Okinawa, and I'm so glad I stayed at this hotel.

Remote location but many food delivery options and hotel restaurant (we only tried shunten) was great. The road leading up to the hotel if driving was sometimes very congested. Ample parking even when the hotel is hosting a wedding. Slight trek from nearest bus stop (125 comes straight from the airport) or monorail. Rooms are clean and bathroom fixtures recently refurbished. Aircon is ideal.

Room excellent and clean but customer services 👎 we got to the check-in at 1 am and at the time of leaving we asked for a late checkout and we were told to pay 1000.00 yen per late checkout hour, which I think was unfair…

Overall was good but bathroom has order was bad like old second hand store smell other than that was good

This time we got a room on the 19th floor overlooking Naha and the ocean in the distance. The room was dated, humid, and small, but the view was very nice. We love the pool. We were disappointed that they discontinued the shuttle service into town, though.
