The place is clean, the owners/managers of Oyo are friendly and kind. The gate above 9 o'clock is closed probably for the safety of hotel guests as well. There is no hot water but it is guaranteed that you don't need hot water, because the weather in Surabaya is already hot and hot. If you need a towel, don't hesitate to ask your mother directly. The place is not too difficult, it seems there is no receptionist but who owns this inn. Very friendly, clean rooms but towels are used.
