Suitable accommodation for those who want to vacation to Santolo Beach, it's a shame to miss it because it's close to the tourist spot.

The best hotel compared to the others, the service is very friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel is cool, and the hot water is safe. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast variety because it's only uduk rice, but it tastes good

Strategic location close to Sayang Heulang Beach, and Mini Market. Motorcycle parking please be expanded and given a roof, staff also please speed up in checking customer data.

The place is clean, tidy, very comfortable... Strategic location near Sayang Helang and Santolo tourist attractions...you can also get breakfast.....this is the second time I've stayed here...

Recommendations for those who want to staycation in South Garut area, close to access to the beach, Alfa, ATM, Indomart, market, snacks and gas stations

Comfortable. Close to culinary center. Not too far from the beach either.

The hotel is very comfortable, the location is also strategic, not far if you want to go to the beach but the closest to Sayang Heulang beach. For the room, even though I chose a standard one, because there was a discount, the room was changed to a more comfortable one, the staff is also very friendly. I think if I go there again, I will stay here again. The bathroom is also clean, I got shampoo and soap. 👍.

Initially I got a recommendation from Google which was connected to this app, the reviews were good, it was really convincing. The first impression was that the place was a bit hidden and I got a hidden room (didn't get to choose) then the atmosphere was different, honestly the reality was a bit dim or whatever, the vibes were different. The mattress was okay even though the mattress was hard, well when I wanted to use the blanket, there were bugs on the blanket, quite a lot and it was already very dry so I was sure it wasn't there that day but a long time ago. Initially I wanted to try asking the receptionist to change it but it was raining outside and I didn't have the hotel's contact so I canceled my request, but in the end I got it before I even got there. Honestly, my expectations were really high coming here, but that's it. Maybe one day when I go on holiday there I won't necessarily choose this place again, but overall it makes me comfortable even though there are some things I can't get here. If it's from 1-10, I'll give it a score of 5, hehe, I really got a cheap price, only 191k but with tax it was 231. 🤗.

For that price, the quality is quite good. Friendly and informative service. Clean room, clean bathroom and the nasi uduk is the best, guys, delicious, just the right portion.

It is certain that if I go to Santolo/Sayang Heulang I will stay at this hotel again. The place is super comfortable and clean, the facilities are worth it, the service is friendly. Thank you Villagio Hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff is also nice. The deluxe room has hot water that works smoothly. The TV doesn't connect to the internet but it doesn't really matter to me because I don't watch TV anyway. Got breakfast that tastes good, maybe my suggestion is the next hotel can provide a cafe with a simple menu for guests so they don't have to buy food outside, it would be more perfect hehe other than that thank you villagio hotel. Worth repeating again if you have a vacation to the beach in Garut 😊🙏🏻

Check-in was definitely smooth even though the place was under renovation.

The place is nice, comfortable, makes you feel at home.

When checking in and seeing the room does not match the photo. The room also leaked right above the bed. Luckily the staff provided a good solution for moving rooms. Please take photos in the application so that they match the reality. You can have Uduk rice for breakfast which tastes delicious. The location is quite strategic on the side of the main road and close to Sayang Heulang beach.

The door to toilet room 09 is not tight enough and there is no exhaust in the bathroom.

The service is very friendly and impressive, the hotel is also neat and clean, the best suggestion is to replace the TV with a digital TV.
