I took my family to visit last weekend, the resort grounds are quite beautiful and have many amenities, the kids love it. It's summer so it's very crowded, waiting for the tram is extremely long. If you download the app and text message it seems to be faster. I booked a 3-bedroom villa with a swimming pool, the design is very beautiful and comfortable. However, the swimming pool is very dirty and murky, in the bedroom upstairs there is a cockroach corpse, at night if you open the window, insects will fly into the room, so everyone should close it. As for the swimming pool with a slide for the kids, the floor is quite cracked, dirt falls out, I think it's quite dangerous for the kids. I went with a package that included breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the food was okay, mostly family dishes, like soup, stir-fried vegetables, braised meat, braised fish, fried rice, fried noodles, ... Overall, it's 6/10 in my opinion

Called the tram to check out 50 minutes ago but it still hasn't shown up, making me late for work.

The male receptionist upgraded the room to a better and quieter one for a rest. The food was okay for a resort, but there were cockroaches in the room even though it was in the 1-bedroom villa.

- Check in around 8pm, wait for the shuttle bus to the room for more than half an hour and no one guides from luggage to entering the villa, it's a self-guided experience. - The air conditioner turns off in the middle of the night - Travel to the entertainment area - food and drink must depend on the shuttle bus, wait for at least 15 minutes. Don't want to go back!

Room amenities: refrigerator not cold, shower leaking water not fixed before guest check in.

Will not come back a second time, to go out or in, have to depend on the tram and wait tiredly. Called to order food but the phone was on fire and no one answered. hungry, tired and annoyed.

This area is very large, almost the whole hill, very suitable for family travel. I went on a winter day so the wait for the tram was a bit long, sometimes waiting 15 minutes for a car. However, overall Centara is quite ok, only the beach opposite the resort is too muddy to swim, the rest I appreciate.

Maybe because of the April 30 holiday, the resort was overloaded. Waiting for the tram took a long time. When I first entered the villa, my feet felt a bit rough. The pillows smelled a bit. In addition, the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, the internal area had a beautiful view.

Energetic morning, I thought that staying in a hotel meant just staying in the room was enough, but stepping out early in the morning felt a space that was so fresh, clean and sunny. The resort is very large, you have to take the tram to get there, the swimming pool is small, the breakfast buffet has few dishes and is not diverse.
